Ask me to utilize your headcanons in my piece.
Ask for updates on your piece.
Download your piece and save it to your devices for offline viewing.
Print out my work for offline viewing.

YOU MAY NOT:

Claim my work, in whole or in part, as your own.
Redistribute or reupload my work anywhere else. Link sharing is allowed for all SFW pieces (and is encouraged), but you may not rehost it yourself elsewhere on the internet. Physical redistribution is also prohibited.
Mention that the work is commission work on the AO3 website OR on your commission's social media announcement posts. (AO3 has very strict not-for-profit policies, so this is for safety. I don't want the word "commission" in anything directly linked to the fic as to not raise suspicion. On AO3, my commissioned works are referred to as "requests.")
Commission NSFW pieces through Ko-fi.
Commission a NSFW piece if you are 17 years of age or younger.
Publicly mention the username of my NSFW AO3 Account on my main.

REFUND POLICY

I do not accept refunds. Payment is to be made in full upfront. Please make certain what you would like before commissioning me.Refunds will only be given if asked after failing to deliver on time, or if I have determined I cannot fulfill your request for whatever reason.

DELIVERY

Prior to payment, a brief outline (fanfiction) or sketch (art) of your piece will be given upon request. Otherwise, payment is to be given upon upfront and cannot be canceled.Customers may ask for previews as many times as they wish (within reason) until their piece is finished. Revisions can be requested at this time if desired. These previews may not be shared with others for any reason.Your piece will be delivered as as a digital asset either via .zip folder, Google Doc, or AO3 link. You will not be receiving any physical assets.Delivery for traditional commissions will take anywhere between 3 days to 2 weeks, while Flash Fic requests will be fulfilled in 3 days or less.

PAYMENT

All payments are to be made in USD.
All commissions will be presumed to be paid through Paypal unless alternative payment methods are asked for.

NSFW

If the commissioner's age is not listed on their profile or otherwise known, they must confirm it before commissioning NSFW.
NSFW examples will be given upon request. Said examples are kept private for the safety of minors.

RESEARCH TAX

The research tax is an additional fee tacked onto fanfiction commissions that I feel I must put additional "research" into in order to faithfully execute.Typically this is most often applied to works that feature OCs I am unfamiliar with.

Light Research Tax: +$2.50
Medium Research Tax: +$5.00
Heavy Research Tax: $7.50

Light Research Tax: A wiki page or two, one OC, video(s) up to 10 minutes in durationMedium Research Tax: 3+ wiki pages, two OCs, video(s) up to 30 minutes in duration/approx. one episode of a franchiseHeavy Research Tax: a whole movie, 3+ OCs, multiple episodes of a franchise, 5+ wiki pages

Descriptors are not absolute. The amount of tax may change on a case by case basis.

Example: Charging a Medium Research Tax on a work with only one OC because said OC has extensive lore.
